”This is a very nice, well-kept property. The room was very nice, and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. There are potentially a lot of steps up and down on the property to get to one's room, so handicapped persons might experience some difficulty. The immediate area around the hotel is quiet, so moving one's car to load and unload luggage wasn't a problem, but the parking lot is small and down the hill from the hotel. The restaurant on site was very nice and the food was good.”

”Beautiful Chateau, wonderful food in both restaurants and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. It really was a perfect stay and a great base for visiting the main WW2 sites.”

”Very friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Quiet location with flower gardens and a nice outdoor spa area. Sheep and a donkey out back in pasture along with a bee keepers beehive at the far back of the property. Very peaceful location with comfortable amenities. We were there for 4 nights and while the food was very good, the menu did not change, so we had 2 dinners in town, where there were many more choices.”
