”We had an amazing stay here and would love to come back. Hotel is next to Bar La Relève which is a trendy cafe/restaurant perfectly located in Marseille. Rooms are very clean and super nice decorated - really enjoyed it! ”

”Very accommodating hotel. We were allowed to check in early. Location is very central. Staff is very courteous, respectful and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice and quiet, you cant hear an outside noise. I would highly recommend. ”

”The hotel itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well located. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and I appreciated the convenience and comfort during my stay.
At check-in the night before, the lady at reception was extremely kind and helpful. I asked if it was possible to stay until 12:00 instead of the usual 11:00 checkout since we had traveled from far, and she graciously agreed. She made me feel welcomed and treated me with warmth and respect.

”Ikkunasta hieno maisema satamaan. Sijainti erinomainen ja julkisen liikenteen pysäkit ihan vieressä. Samoin vesibussi jos lähtee IFfin saarelle. Huone pieni, mutta siisti. Pieni koko ei sinällään haittaa, mutta sängyn päädyn ja seinän välistä kulkeminen hankalaa. Sänky ja tyyny hyvät. Aamupalalla sai appelsiinimehua kun leikkeli appelsiinit ja mehukoneella pusersi itse. Niille, jotka eivät jaksa pelleillä aamulla, voisi olla ihan mehua kannussa tarjolla. Aamupalalla tarjolla riittävät...
”The Hostel is great for some chill nights of sleep, the best shower I've ever had staying in hostels and the male staff were super nice - can't say the same about the girls unfortunately. Overall a good experience but I really disliked the area, drug dealers in the corner, pickpockets on the port and super dark alleys, as a female solo traveler Marseille in general wasn't a smart move.”

”The stay at Maison Montgrand Marseille Vieux Port was in overall a nice experience. The first receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly but rest of the staff was also really nice. The room was nice size with a french balcony and really nice bathroom. The reception building where the breakfast was served also was a really beautiful. The location was excellent with metro and shops just a block away and just few minutes from the old harbour and and restaurants. The few negative sides of the...

Safe key did not work so no safe available.
Room key did not work, had to go back for the other key twice…
Non-soundproof room. You could hear everything from the corridor and the other rooms.
Smell of cigarette in the room coming through the ventilation.
Terrace was nice with a sea view.
We rearranged our dinnerplans because of the poor level of service.
Not a 5* hotel.
Also skipped the breakfast for three days because of the rude service the first morning.

”Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit. Très bon petit logement idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, très bien situé proche du vieux port. Propreté irréprochable. Communication au top. Arrivée autonome. Seul petit bémol pour les gens sensibles au bruit : notre appartement donnait côté rue et donc assez bruyant.
Malgré tout je recommande !”

”Awesome stay! Absolutely awesome. We booked just basic room for two, but since they had available rooms for 3-4 persons they gave it to us and we loved it! Everything looks like in the pictures.”
