The single bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 bunk double beds, and the living area features a sofa bed that folds away with the bedding inside. You'll find a bathroom with shower, washing machine, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge/freezer, and filter coffee maker. Bed linen and towels are not provided—please bring your own or contact the concierge for rental, available for an extra fee. The apartment offers a sea view and is just steps from the beach, making it ideal for families. It is located on a raised ground floor, accessible by 7 steps. Pets are not allowed. Tennis courts are a 10-minute walk away, a golf course is 10 km away, and Noirmoutier Island is 15 minutes away.
