”The location was really the only thing good about this hotel. I requested an early check in (just one and a half hours early) 24 hours prior to arrival as instructed and was told that the room was already clean and that it was no problem. Upon arrival, the room was in fact not ready and the cleaner was still there. We could not open the lockbox so the cleaner helped us. ”There is no parking at the building. You need to park next door public parking. The shower had a slows running of dirty water but I was able to solve it with plunge. I wish they checked and cleaned in advance. Otherwise it was a nice apartment with good location.”

”The appartment was in a very good location in the middle of everything, many good theatres and bars and subways nearby, also an easy walk to Mont Royal. It was great there was coffee for several days and some drinking water for the beginning. Thank you for this! The only negative thing was that the floors were very dirty, full of hair and other not neat things. The towels didn't feel clean either. All our clothes were in those hair and dusties after the visit. ”

”This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...
