”Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”

”The night I checked in, there was a man who was trying to help with my reservation. They had to give me a room upscale from what I had. He was so kind so welcoming, and the residence in Marriott did a fantastic job of hiring that gentleman. When I woke up a new gentleman was there and every bit of kind. I don’t care about much more else than The room was excellent and clean. But the employees are off the chart.”

”My family and I were not at all satisfied with our stay. Actually, we ended up checking out early. There was a bedbug on one of the beds. We killed it, took a picture of it, and reported it to the front desk. While turning up the sheets to see if there were any more bedbugs, we noticed that our mattresses did not have mattress covers. How disgusting. We needed extra pillows, and it took two hours and four calls to receive those pillows.
We will never stay there again. And someone needs to...
