”The beds were lumpy.”

”Front desk is mediocre, exercise room no dumbbells. Pool and hot tub were closed. Shower not very hot. Bathroom floor stained dirty or both. Lots of light coming through window. Room was clean though. Breakfast was good.”

”I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years. About 3 months ago I noticed the cleanliness and condition of the rooms declining. This weekend it was very dirty. Nobody cleaned behind the bathroom door and the hallway needed vacuuming. I don’t leave reviews often and I’m not picky, but this was disappointing.”

”Breakfast buffet was very limited but otherwise nothing to complain about ”

”The staff and facilities were lovely. The reason I didn’t give them a great review is because we’re on a long trip and have groceries because they boasted about the kitchen. There was not one single thing in there except a coffee pot and toaster. No cup, plate, spoon, measuring cup or anything else that you might possibly think would be in a kitchen. Of course, they sell items at inflated prices. Otherwise, lovely place just bring your kitchen with you!”

”We stay here for the convenience because it is so close to the Ford Idaho Center. The beds are always comfortable and the hotel staff is always helpful.”

”Room was filthy. Toilet was clogged and we had to go ask for toilet paper. Tv was unplugged and water was shut off to the sink. The microwave only had one knob that worked. There was also a wet plastic bag and wet toilet paper wadded up in the shower. Took the staff an hour after we checked in to resolve any of the issues.”

”The only complaint was that they would not give me my reward points because I booked through Expedia. I only did that because I was unable to get into the Best Western site. They said a lot of people were complaining about that. ”

”Rooms are filthy,not cleaned out from the last guest's. Doors don't have security locks. Pile of someone's clothes and undergarments were in the stairs the duration of the stay. Beds are horrible, steel frames with about 2" of nasty uneven covering. Bathroom sink looked like someone threw up in it, and it was left that way. Floor tiles in the room were cracked, missing pieces and filthy with some kind of dried fluid stains and debris all over. Rear window had no screen and the room was full of...

”The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. However, when we checked in I appreciate them being thorough to make sure we were who we were in using the credit card, but he proceeded to tell us a safe place to park because people were stealing gas due to the gas prices. Their website advertises free breakfast and a bar. There was no bar. An employee said that it had been closed for approximately a year and there’s no free breakfast because there’s no restaurant.
