Perfect location
Location is great and the rooms are large and well-equipped for a self-reliant traveller to stay longer times. Not everything in the room worked perfectly (eg. the showerhead simply broke down and the washing machine was not working 100%), but nothing major that would ruin your holiday. The best part of the hotel is that the apartments are very large and have excellent balconies for sunbathing and just spending time. I would definitely come here again, no questions asked.

The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. The view was spectacular and the location is perfect for the full noumea experience. Will definitely stay again.

2回目で利用させていただきました。 キッチンと洗濯機があるので小さい子どもがいるファミリーには最適です。 プールも何度も使わせていただきました。 今回14泊の滞在でしたが、毎回外食となると食費がもたないので本当に助かります。 また次回も利用させていただきますね。 ありがとうございました。

Great location but I was disappointed with the service and facilities. My both bedside lamps were broken, the power point on one side was broken, the locks on the doors to our rooms were difficult to use and the bidet in the toilet broke. I requested an extra towel at reception and was told I had to use my bath towel at the pool. My friend made the same request and was allowed to rent one for 500 francs. I was surprised that there was no complimentary wifi and that I was required to buy my own toilet paper and take the trash out when leaving.

Great views but as many other reviewers have pointed out - the hotel is looking a bit tired !! Simple little maintenance issues like sticking cupboard doors, paint on skirting boards ( nearly every room) and cracked tiles etc give you the impression average is good enough. Staff are friendly & happy to help but getting an extra roll of toilet paper the only issue !

Le lit est moyen, on entend énormément le bruit de la rue, les fenêtres ne sont pas étanches, le vent passe et fait tapoter le store qui a fait du bruit toute la nuit. Il y a eu des travaux fait dans la salle de bain mais les finitions ne sont pas terminées. Hôtel vieillissant, dommage car la vue sur mer est extraordinaire.

The location for its proximity to dining is excellent. Many choices just 2 minutes walk from the property. The location is also perfect for the beach as there is currently only 1 place where swimming is permitted in Noumea - just 5 minutes walk from Casa del Sole. The views are absolutely amazing. Aircon in the bedrooms worked well. As noted by previous reviews, there are no sharp knives so we took our own. When you check in it states that no consumables are provided - toilet paper (although there was a small roll in each toilet), dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies and laundry powder. We took our own toilet paper but did not know about the other things. Someone had commented that the small grocery shop is no longer there but it is just to the left when you exit the main doors. They had a variety of basic food items, pastries in the morning and alcohol. The pool area was nice but just a windy location as it is not at ground level. Some information on the Expedia listing needs updating - there is no bike hire, no sign of a spa. The bus stop to town is 2 mins walk which was great. You can pay cash on the bus for a one-way journey - day passes can only be bought in town. Aquarium is 2 mins walk and Burger King is 3 mins walk. Casino supermarket was 15 mins walk (near the marina). We would stay here again but would ask for a room on the opposite side (facing Anse Vata) away from the restaurant music that lasts until at least 3am.

The apartments are very noise, you hear your neighbors. The were a lot of small annoyances, e.g. almost no toilet papers, no hair dryer, no tea towel etc.

We are very sorry for these desagrement. If your neighbors were noisy, you should complaine to the security and the should stop them..About toilet papers, apartments are equiped with japanese seats and you do not need it.but if you asked to the reception they gave it to you. We also have a shop for every need.We rent furnished apartments, you do not have the room service with tea and coffee, sorry.

Ok 15th floor, but would still like lockable doors on balcony for security, easy to climb around from next door. Property has seen better years, shop described as convenient is long gone and closest shop is 15min walk. Lack of non slip bath dangerous.

I really liked the Casa del Sol, the receptionist were friendly and spoke English well. It is situated perfectly for all the restaurants and beaches in easy walking distance. Very handy for the bus into town too. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The doors to the balcony could not be locked and the place is in need of a facelift, but I would stay there again without hesitation.

Hôtel qui commence à être assez ancien et qui manque clairement d'un entretien de qualité Le plus gros bémol c'est les moyens fournis dans l'appartement Aucun article pour le lave vaisselle, lave linge ou encore la vaisselle à main mais également une quantité risible de vaisselle ne permettant pas de faire des repas avec plus de 4 personnes.... Le ménage est mal fait avec le comble qui est le canapé où les coussins ne sont jamais retirés, je vous laisse imaginer la quantité de saleté La vue et la situation face à la magnifique baie des citrons ne compensent pas les nombreux désagréments

Bonjour nous sommes navrés que nous n'avons pas pu vu proposer un séjour à la hauteur de nos compétences. Concernant les produits en effet nous ne fournissons pas de liquide vaisselle ou de dosette pour le lave vaisselle. Par contre nous avons une petit épicerie ouverte en bas de la réception qui vend à l'unité. Séjour agréable. L' hôtel est situé près des baies et la vue du 12e étage est très positive. Le service est correct. Par contre, j' ai payé mon séjour intégralement sur le site. Néanmoins, on m' à demandé ma carte bleue ou un chèque de caution. Merci d'indiquer dans le descriptif de la chambre cette exigence d' une caution.
