”Ivan assisted us upon check out and communication prior to check-in was most helpful, prompt and courteous. The building is in prime location right on the waterfront. The wing of Riva Palace is lovely! The room is small but beautiful. The bed is comfortable with down duvets... Very Croatian! 🇭🇷❤️🙏 The little surprise in the shower was a sweet touch!!!🧜‍♀️”

”Although the entrance way was a bit scary , once we access the area of the rooms it was very pleasant, clean and charming. It should be noted that there is no elevator, however. The location was wonderful, but you do not have a view of anything as it is in a very old and I’m sure historic building.. Parking is on your own and up to you to find. You are right in the center of the old town however.”

”The entrance to the apartment looks like it’s in disrepair n is in the process of being renovated. It was quite off putting. The apartment itself was very tastefully done n very roomy n comfortable. There is no wifi. There is no lift so getting luggage upstairs is not easy. You need to check messages before arriving so you know the code to the lockbox for your room. It is in a great location.”

”We stayed at this hotel in Zadar for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, yet the area remains peaceful and quiet. The hotel is small and cozy, with beautifully decorated rooms. The air conditioning, shower, and other facilities worked perfectly, and the small fridge was sufficient for storing a couple of bottles of drinks. However, there were a few downsides.
