Your cottage consists of 1 floor, 1 room (from which 1 bedroom), is 20 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your cottage can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom 7 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 9 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 3 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Otočec, 412 m above sea level. The cottage is located on a open garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the property.
