Southern Brittany—Peace and Quiet by the Sea

We invite you to enjoy the 80 m² upper floor of our house, with completely independent access via your own front door and internal staircase. You will find three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a living room with an open-plan kitchen (oven, hob, microwave), a bathroom with a bathtub (washing machine), and a separate toilet. You also have access to a private section of the garden and two parking spaces in front of the house. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made and towels provided. Baby equipment can be provided upon request: travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby bath seat, changing mat. To ensure the cleanliness of the property, a cleaning fee is included in your booking. The location is ideal for peace and quiet and for discovering the beauty of Southern Brittany. The house is located in a small, quiet hamlet built around a farm, between the sea and the countryside in Noyal-Muzillac (a 15th-century village). Your neighbors will be deer, cows, and birds. 5 minutes from the towns of Noyal-Muzillac, Muzillac, and Le Guerno. You will be 10 minutes from the first beaches of Billiers (also accessible by bike), 15 minutes from the large beach of Damgan and La Roche-Bernard (a town of character), 25 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan or the Guérande peninsula. Inland, you are 10 minutes from Branféré Park and 30 minutes from Rochefort-en-Terre, voted the favorite village of the French.
