”Beautiful room and the best view and sounds of the ocean. Great restaurant underneath. I’m an early riser but it is really noisy starting first thing on the morning. Traffic and deliveries. If you like privacy in your deck ask for the 3rd floor.”

”These folks are so friendly and accommodating! They'll go ot out their way for you. Just don't nick pick at them, they're trying and its a family affair! The price is economical, you won't be disappointed, I mean, c'mon, you're 100yds from the beach, sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs.”

”Very disappointing stay. The room had a strong paint smell, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably throughout the night. The room was extremely small, and the window faced the passageway, making it impractical to keep it open. Additionally, the bed was very noisy and squeaked with every movement, making it even harder to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the room was overpriced and not worth the money.”

The restaurant staff was obviously short handed probably due to new immigration standards however the staff were readily available to help and always pleasant serving with a smile. Room was clean and appropriately decorated. Have stayed at this property...

”I have stayed here so many times I am absolutely amazed at the consistency of how clean and well-maintained everything is. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The location is fabulous. I can’t say enough about the staff, they are so friendly and helpful.”

”Place is very nice and close to everything. Room was clean but did find ants in room but only three and I was checking out the next day so told the person Tiffinay at front deck about it and she said she would tell maintenance. She was wonderful and let me stay another 1:2 hour so that I could go to breakfast. Would stay again .”

”Beautiful motel walking distance from beach. Had a outdoor pool, but the hot tub was out of order while we were there. Cold breakfast was served. That was a nice surprise. ”

”The woman that checked us in was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. All the necessary soaps and linens were available. The bed was a little softer than we are used to, but still very comfortable. The A/C unit was easy to control. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and fresh! A good assortment of cereals, bakery items, juice, hot items (make your own waffles, a pre-made omelet tea, sausage patties and home fries). Would definitely book this hotel again.”

”This ida beautiful hotel close to all beaches, dining, and shopping in ogunquit and wells. It is unique because it sits on a hill. Everything was great. The only reason for 4 stars is all the stairs. Be sure you know where your room is located because you might end up dragging your stuff up and down some steep and lengthy stair cases.”
