5 ponds for fishing were advertised the 4 we found were inaccessible due to weeds. There is 2 skillets and 1 frying pan, 2 bowls, 1 cookie sheet, there is 1 spatula, no grilling tools, the grate on the grill is almost nonexistent as the wire mesh is burnt in two in a couple places. The refrigerator leaks onto the floor and the bottom of the freezer is full of ice. we expected to be able to fish and enjoy a nice relaxing weekend with amenities. The place is really nice , but it needs some work. The ponds should be 100% accessible. It was disheartening to go out on the.porch with coffee and see over grown ponds. The porch had a ton of cobwebs that hadn't been cleaned in months, and it wasn't as inviting all the clutter made me not want to.sit out there. The patio table and chairs were so filthy I had to clean them for my elderly parents to sit on them. The shower curtains had mold half way up them There were plates and cups underneath the bed from the last guests, which I scrubbed clean. The lack of kitchen items, you could go to Goodwill and get more.pots and pans, skillets, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, serving dishes and cooking utensils. You advertised a charcoal grill but it was completely destroyed, we couldn't use it at all. The refrigerator leaked and made a constant mess.
