Spectalur Bez Valley -tila

Kaunis 33 hehtaarin maatila hirsimökillä, joka sijaitsee Nunnelly Tennessee-mäessä. Se on 5 lampia kalastukseen, palo kuoppaan rentoutua ja nauttia kahvia. Hirvet juoksevat toisinaan kiinteistöllä, lähellä on vesiputous, kiinteistössä voi kävellä, siellä on 7 mailin lenkki, joka voi kiertyä henkeäsalpaavilla näkymillä Duck-joelle, Piney-joki on myös lähellä. Läheisessä Centervillessä lähin noin 15 minuutin päässä sijaitseva kaupunki on Minnie Pearlin koti ja siellä voi tutustua Grinder's Switch -viinitilaan. Nashville, maailman countrymusiikin pääkaupunki on 50 mailin päässä niille, jotka haluavat tehdä sivustonäkymiä, Country Music Hall of Fame, Pathenon, Honky Tonk Baarit ja elävä countrymusiikki, Grank Ole Opry ja Ryman, mainitsemalla muutamia . 5 ponds for fishing were advertised the 4 we found were inaccessible due to weeds. There is 2 skillets and 1 frying pan, 2 bowls, 1 cookie sheet, there is 1 spatula, no grilling tools, the grate on the grill is almost nonexistent as the wire mesh is burnt in two in a couple places. The refrigerator leaks onto the floor and the bottom of the freezer is full of ice. we expected to be able to fish and enjoy a nice relaxing weekend with amenities. The place is really nice , but it needs some work. The ponds should be 100% accessible. It was disheartening to go out on the.porch with coffee and see over grown ponds. The porch had a ton of cobwebs that hadn't been cleaned in months, and it wasn't as inviting all the clutter made me not want to.sit out there. The patio table and chairs were so filthy I had to clean them for my elderly parents to sit on them. The shower curtains had mold half way up them There were plates and cups underneath the bed from the last guests, which I scrubbed clean. The lack of kitchen items, you could go to Goodwill and get more.pots and pans, skillets, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, serving dishes and cooking utensils. You advertised a charcoal grill but it was completely destroyed, we couldn't use it at all. The refrigerator leaked and made a constant mess. The ceiling fans were coated in months worth of dust.The main TV being leaned up against another TV looked completely tacky along with all the junk in the side shed an

unplugged (for the most part)

me and my boys - gathering around a campfire catching up - sharing life's fears / hopes and plans. WE had some rain on Saturday - but we also had some football to watch on tv as well. WE all reconnected and had a great time. its remote - but that was the plan!

Great refreshing getaway from the City

The land and cabin were the perfect birthday getaway for us to celebrate our 16 year olds birthday… land for kids to roam and explore, fish in ponds and spacious cabin to rest in. Helga and family were very helpful. We loved learning a bit about the history of the cabin/ land. Even gave us suggestions of local things to do. She was prompt with reply and help if needed. We felt safe and cared for. The fresh water ponds and streams and beauty of the land were just what we needed.

Great Family Stay

Everything was awesome and my 3 girls loved it. Bring fishing gear and plan to explore. Definitely tucked away from everything, so pre-plan meals so you don’t waste time on unnecessary grocery trips. Owner was super helpful and the cabin was great. There was a lot to explore, and proximity to Nashville made for an easy day trip.

Much needed Girl's weekend

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, huge, and cozy cabin. Plenty of outside area to roam. Didn't get a chance to canoe in the pond (ran out of time). Not to far from Lorettas Lynm's ranch which was the reson for our stay. Would recommend this to a couole or even a large family. Very relaxing.

Warning....BedBugs!

It's really a shame that such a nice place with huge potential is not being taken care of properly and is going downhill. The exterior of the home is infested with carpenter bees. The interior is infested with mice. They were running around in broad daylight across our feet and up my wife's back in the middle of the night in bed. Every window is filthy and covered in cobwebs. Not a single screen in any window so you could open a window without letting bugs in. As soon as we arrived my wife had to spend 4 hours cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes and silverware because they were covered with mice poop and had old food still smeared on them. The roof has many missing shingles and during a brief rainstorm, water poured from the ceiling like from a cup, right into my wife's pillow.

Spring break getaway

Rental was easy. Host was great, lots of rain recently so lots of standing water on the property. Hosts son brought us a puzzle to do to pass the time since it was nasty outside. Fishing was good, catch and release. Went to hurricane Mills and toured Loretta Lynn's place. Just what we needed this weekend, peace and quiet.

Perfect true getaway

This was a girls' weekend where we truly wanted to get away and just have time together. This was perfect. House is very clean - well equipped - and COMFORTABLE. We are already looking at our calendars to find a time in warmer weather to come back and enjoy the outdoor areas of the farm. Thanks!

Perfect Getaway for Entire Family

Location is wonderful. Helga was a wonderful host as well as Clayton who lives near. He made sure we were happy and informed of anything going on. Absolutely beautiful property. All 7 of the kids (age range 6-14) had plenty to do outside exploring and having fun. Ponds are Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. Close enough to town to get supplies. I was able to cook without any issues, plenty of cookware and dishes. Home was large with a ton of space and sleeping accommodations. Wad able to wash and dry clothes as well. With 3 bathrooms, everyone was good to go. This may be our new vacation home. Would stay again.

Perfect for relaxation

The cabin was very clean adequately supplied and off the beaten path. Very quiet and secluded. We enjoyed the weather and just the overall room we had to socialize and relax.

Beautiful Setting

The house and the property were beautiful. The only thing that would keep us from staying again was the location. The house is tucked away on a dirt/gravel road that had no lighting whatsoever and twists and turns with no signs. We are older and we do not see well at night so these conditions made it really hard to navigate. Do not use your GPS to locate this property! We were pulling a UHaul trailer and the GPS took us down a pig path road that ended in a washed out road. That was fun trying to turn around a trailer on a pig path rock road! Not the owner's fault at all. Just wish I would have paid more attention to location.
