Mukava hotelli vanhankaupungin kyljessä
Tunnelmallinen pieni hotelli vanhassa rakennuksessa vanhankaupungin kyljessä. Ravintoloita ja kauppoja ympärillä. Huone pienehkö, mutta siisti ja muuten mukava. Parkkitalo nurkan takana, hotellin asiakkaat saavat pienen alennuksen hinnasta. Aamiainen ok, meillä ei sisältynyt hintaan. Henkilökunta oikein ystävällistä.

Great service solutions
We slept three nights in the hotel. First impression, when stepping into room 403; comfortable and pleasant. This impression did not leave us during the whole stay. One day we had no breakfast buffet, because the hotel had not much guests. Instead we had the marveless experience of getting breakfast in the own room; we could choose from the list, what we wanted and so much we wanted. Good Finnish sauna with swimming pool. The staff always friendly; we felt like royal. - Good pillows are important for me and my wife; and the hotel room had good pillows. Minibar and local TV was included. View meters far away is a restaurant, owned By the hotel; and it`s possible to choose from the restaurants list and get it served to the room.

Als Ausgangspunkt für die Stadt Besichtigung perfekt. Super Lage, super Service, super Frühstück. Aber ein minus Punkt war für mich persönlich, kein Passwort für den WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Es wird mit der Sauna und Pool geworben, aber es gibt keinen Bademantel auf dem Zimmer und die Sauna war zu den Öffnungszeiten nicht an. Ich sehe auch an das man sie nicht die ganze Zeit laufen lassen will, aber ein info Zettel auf dem Zimmer wo man sich vielleicht melden soll das man sie Abends doch in Anspruch nimmt. Ansonsten super Hotel,sauber und toll gelegen. Direkt um die Ecke super Wirtschaft mit guter Küche.

Wir sind schon mehrfach im Burghotel abgestiegen und haben uns jedes Mal sehr wohlgefühlt. DIe Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt - wir kommen wieder.

A lovely little hotel in an ideal location in the old town north of the river. Lots of shops & restaurants within an east walk, U-Bahn about 10 minutes away. Very clean & friendly staff. Just make sure to confirm your arrival time & make check-in arrangements as they lock it up in the late afternoon so that you cannot enter without a key.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable. Parking was a short distance from hotel and had unlimited in and out permission. Parking is charged separately from room but was reasonably priced. Hotle is right in the Altstadt and walkable to all major sites.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was about a 15 min walk through old town to the train station which we enjoyed. It is a beautiful city. There were so many restaurants close by we had a hard time deciding where to eat. Our train was delayed so we arrived after the lobby closed at 3. They had placed our key in a lock box by the front door and emailed us the details on how to access it. The details for our stay were in the room for us. Extremely easy and convenient. We loved this city and would certainly look to stay here again for a future visit.

We loved almost everything about this hotel, its location a short stroll from the castle and many nice eating places, the pool and the sauna, and last but not least the excellent breakfast, the choice is so good that you just won't know what to eat first!

What an amazing find, this hotel was perfect! Good location for what we wanted. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Hotel itself was clean, traditional, and served a good breakfast. Swimming pool was an added bonus! We really enjoyed our stay with them 🙂

Great location.
Great location--don't book here with a car however! Wheelchair accessible although the rooms are small. There is a place near the front desk where you can park it and walk to the elevator about 10 feet away. Super helpful front desk staff. NOTE: the staff leaves about noon, so do not have any problems after that time. Nice breakfast. Lumpy pillows.

Alle MitarbeiterInnen im Hotel sind sehr gastfreundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben, sehr familiär. Hat man einen Wunsch, wird er einem direkt erfüllt. Die Atmosphäre ist einfach fabelhaft. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Auch die Lage des Hotels in der Stadt ist sehr schön und vor allem ruhig. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, kann zwei Straßen weiter im Parkhaus parken, da steht das Auto schon geschützt. wenn ich wieder in den Genuss komme nach Nürnberg zu fahren, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier einchecken.

Property is right in the middle of the old section of town, with picturesque streets, just a block or so from the castle on the city wall. Christmas Market was just down the street. Very friendly staff, and nice breakfast.

Right in the middle of everything!
Had a blast! Hotel close to Christmas market and castle; most everything in walking distance. Bed and room comfortable. Nice shower. Fast internet. Friendly staff and great breakfast ootions. Will definitely stay again!

Burghotel was off the beaten path, yet easily accessible in a quiet location. We arrived by train and walked to the hotel in less than 15 minutes. The staff at this family run hotel is incredibly warm, welcoming & helpful. The rooms were functional and spotlessly clean. It is a true 3 star hotel - functional, basic --- but most importantly, CLEAN. Plenty of storage in the room for belongings. Would recommend and stay again.
