There was a big construction going on, that was not mentioned. Indian restaurant was insanely expensive, compared to the cost of living in general and the quality.

Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, erittäin hyvä aamupala. Hotellin sivuilla ei lue että tenniskenttä on remontissa, meille harmi koska olimme valinneet hotellin pelimahdollisuuden takia. Siisti huone, hyvä sänky.

Lomalla lapsen kanssa
Hotelli- ja uima-allasalue oli siistit, sopivat hyvin myös lapsille. Leikkipaikka oli aika mitäänsanomaton, ranta ok. Huoneemme oli vähän jo kulahtanut, lattiassa isoja naarmuja. Aamiainen oli todella runsas ja herkullinen. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen oli hidasta ja jouduimme odottamaan laukkujen siirtoa noin 30 min aulatilassa. Uloskirjautumisen jälkeen saimme käyttöön vielä suihkuhuoneen, minkä ansiosta pystyimme oleskelemaan uima-altaalla ennen lennolle lähtöä.

Siisti, iso kompleksi. Yöllä tosi rauhallinen (näköala merelle). Iltaohjelmat onneksi loppui kymmeneen mennessä. Ne oli ainut iso miinus muuten kivassa hotellissa. Volyymit oli liian isolla. Kallis maan hintatasoon nähden (koko Nusa Duan alue).

Hyvätasoinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla
Yövyimme hotellissa viisi yötä syys-lokakuun vaihteessa. Nautimme hyvätasoisesta palvelusta, kauniista ympäristöstä, hyvästä sijainnista rannalla ja runsaista aamiaisista. Oiva paikka ensimmäisen Balin matkan ensimmäisiksi öiksi. Kuumuuteen ja liikenteen kaaokseen on vaikea sopeutua, mutta ylellinen hotelli helpottaa. Hotellin kautta (myyntipiste alimmassa kerroksessa) ostimme myös päivän mittaisen tutustumiskierroksen vuoristoon ja temppeleille eli oman auton kuljettajalla ja oppaalla. Oli todella hyvä kierros kohtuuhintaan.

Parempi kuin ok
Ihan ok hotelli aivan rannassa. Palvelut hotellissa todella kalliita muuhun hintatasoon verrattuna. Kadulla samat palvelut 1 000 000 idr halvempia. Ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Hotellin yhteydessä vesipuisto (noin 500 metriä). Pieni särö maineeseen jäi kun väittivät että olisimme juoneet kaksi kokista minibaarista (emme olleet) maksoivat yhteensä 80 000 eli noin 5€. Aamupala todella hyvä. Hotellin siisteys niin ja näin, muun muassa sängyn alla 1cm pölykerros. Vesipuisto, ranta. Hotellin lähellä vesiurheilukeskus noin 1km kävellen. Kaikki mahdollinen vesiurheilu jne. Ko palveluita ei kannata ostaa hotellilta

This hotel it a paradise for families. The facilities are wonderful (waterslides, splash park area, kids club, games rooms and the best buffet I have ever seen). The grounds are super clean and the rooms were great. Having 2 sections of the resort (adult and family) is wonderful. If I have dropped the kids at kids club, I am able to have some proper down time. It is the best of both worlds. The staff were utterly lovely and went above and beyond.

This hotel is perfectly located if you are coming from Singapore. Shopping is walking distance tonthe hotel and bus station. The staff is super friendly as well. The spa was also a delight and the high tea experience.

We spent our family holiday at this property. The interconnecting rooms allowed us to have the room and privacy to enjoy the holidays with 3 kids. All staff is super friendly, the daily activities in the pool area are fun. The games room is well worth hours of entertainment away from the screens.

The property was good, although some renovations are undergoing and the dust around during working hours around the restaurant and pool area is not good. They have not properly sealed the area that is under construction and dust is going everywhere, including the food, and if you are around the pool are your clothes finished all full of dust, in addition, it triggered some allergies. Management should take measurements to properly seal working areas.

Hotel is great for family’s, swimming pools are clean. Staff were very friendly. Hotel has everything you need. Breakfast was very nice and lots of variety.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was lovely and clean and spacious. The pool areas were so accomodating for kids and nothing was too much for the staff. The breakfast was awesome so much selection…the food was all great too. Special thanks to Bawa at the swim up pool bar and also a special thanks to Wini and Yanti at the the kids club, our kids loved the time spent with you guys. Thank you! We look forward to coming back 🙏

We were in the rooms at the furthest point of the hotel with an entire building of construction in between. Our room was okay it was the bathroom grime and needing to use the tub was concerning when the water filled brown. Construction work began at 8 am everyday which when on vacation we tried to sleep in and it woke baby every morning. Our little girl threw up every time we ate at the buffet which I gave two chances she threw up both times. She did not throw up eating anywhere else on the island and we explored a lot and ate at many other locations. Food is definitely quantity over quality. Pool closed at 7 so by the time we got back from exploring pool was closed and nothing for kids to do. Family area was on the complete opposite end of the property. That area was amazing and I think in a year or two when construction is done it will be better.
