Kitchens need a LPG gas bottle, always no gas for safety reasons, guests need to request LPG and cooking utensils. We will place more notices in the kitchens and directories to ensure guests have all the information.

Many of our guests hire motorbikes from Rp 70-160,000 per day so they have the best of access from our centrally located hotel. Then they can relax in luxury and privacy at the end of their day.

We have done everything to show our location which is perfect for a couples luxury retreat. Aerial photographs and ocean shown on the horizon make it clear we are neither on a beach or surrounded by shopping precincts. In the dry season the surrounding farmland loose all their leaves and you can see all the Balinese homes surrounding Jimbaran Cliffs. Bali is one of the safest places in the world. We have been living at Jimbaran Cliffs for more than 10 years and our daughter who is now 10 roams freely around the farming area with all the other children and knows she has to be home by dark. Even so we have 24 hour security at Jimbaran Cliffs for guests peace of mind. Many of our guests hire a motorbike so they can enjoy all of Bali and return to Jimbaran Cliffs to relax in their private pool and private courtyard villa.

Jimbaran Cliffs provides a taxi / touring service at the same rates as Bluebird Taxi's with free airport transfers ( we need flight numbers and Bali times at least 48 hours before arrival to guarantee your free transfer).

Thank you for your constructive comments, our swimming pools do range from 146-169 cm deep. If you had asked the staff they would have lowered the pool level to suite your needs.

Thank you for your constructive criticism, we have solved the problems we had with our french toast, pancakes, fish and chips. Problem with some dishes being too cold has been fixed. If there were any other issues we would appreciate your assistance.

Thank you for your support. We are on the Nusa Dua side of the Jimbaran boundary, all our views are over Jimbaran. I apologize for the confusion, our competitors are continually shifting our hotel position on Google Maps. We are taking action to prevent this in future and Google have advised this problem will be resolved in early February. Our cable entertainment system has been modified by the provider reducing our number of channels from 316 introductory service to 250 channels. All suites had a problem for one night during the changeover.

We apologise for your bad experience at Jimbaran Cliffs. Our PABX system failed for the first time since opening 6 years ago on a Friday and we couldn't have it fixed till the Tuesday. The television was out for one night being upgraded from the 300 or so channels to an improved system with access to 7 days of programming on all channels. Jimbaran Cliffs policy is to protect our staff from guests wanting to pay every bill separately. We provide a service for separate billing in rooms where requested. We are investigating why you had problems with check out billing, this is our first and only complaint. Our Lautan Restaurant is continually improving, our manager will go through all your restaurant accounts to make improvements. Your rating of 2/5 compared with our average of 4.5/5 is very concerning, we will make sure we continue improve our service till all guests review at 5/5.
