Aamupalan tilaaminen puhelimitse oli kömpelöä, numero ei toiminut. Aamupalaa saattoi joutua odottamaan 1h soitosta. Tilasimme etukäteen aamupalan tiettyyn aikaan, jotta ehdimme retkelle. Aamupalaa ei kuitenkaan tullut vaan jouduimme kysymään respasta. Saimme lopulta aamupalan 40min myöhässä sovitusta...

”Very nice and comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, safe, and affordable. Nothing bad to say! The service was excellent, the pool area is nice and beautiful views! Walking to and from the town was quick (15 minutes), and the hill wasn’t too bad to walk up. Food at the restaurant is variable enough. Breakfast was very very simple, but good enough. ”Dejlig seng i en fin hytte. Stort badeværelse der dog trænger til en kærlig hånd. Men godt vand i bruser. Boede i en af strandhytterne og det var dejligt der kunne dog godt være lidt mere lys inde end den ene meget svage LED lyskilde i loftet. Søde og venlige mennesker der arbejder der. Morgenmaden kunne godt være lidt mere interessant især hvis man skal bo der i flere dage. Men meget tilfreds og sov rigtig godt de 2 nætter jeg var der. "Everything from start to finish was a complete experience. Tranquility of the resort was something we were looking from our trip to Lombok. Katamaran was just the right choice. The villas with private pool offered privacy and the perfect place to rest. Services and facilities work and are clean and they have the best staff! You can have the best infrastructure and land but the staff is the part that makes the place. Here in Katamaran every single one who we met from the staff was amazing. Yadi from the staff helped us with everything more than we could expect. Really one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. To sum it up, Katamaran is going to my top favorite hotels and we hope to have the opportunity to return maybe even next year."
