”Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. Perfect stay with a wonderful view
"Very nice and comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, safe, and affordable. Nothing bad to say! The service was excellent, the pool area is nice and beautiful views! Walking to and from the town was quick (15 minutes), and the hill wasn’t too bad to walk up. Food at the restaurant is variable enough. Breakfast was very very simple, but good enough. I really recommend this place! If you want peace, quiet, safety, and good service. And pick up service from the airport is extra good! "

"Everything from start to finish was a complete experience. Tranquility of the resort was something we were looking from our trip to Lombok. Katamaran was just the right choice. The villas with private pool offered privacy and the perfect place to rest. Services and facilities work and are clean and they have the best staff! You can have the best infrastructure and land but the staff is the part that makes the place. Here in Katamaran every single one who we met from the staff was amazing. Yadi from the staff helped us with everything more than we could expect. Really one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. To sum it up, Katamaran is going to my top favorite hotels and we hope to have the opportunity to return maybe even next year."
