”It’s out of the tourist area and need to take an uber to the square but it was a good hotel with comfy beds, hot water and good breakfast. If you’re looking for something that’s walkable this may not be for you but otherwise great place!”

”This is a perfect place to stay as a family. We have 3 kids and often have trouble finding somewhere big enough. Our space had 2 rooms and a fold out couch, which was great. You get breakfast served right to your room. It was highly convenient to local sites. Check-in was momentarily confusing because there are 2 doors, but it was quickly figured out. The shower had plenty of hot water. Overall it was a great place to stay!”

”I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
”Nice staff, very clean. The staff was very friendly and approachable. I got there late after the actual check in time but they still assisted me. The receptionist lady was very friendly and even help me with making phone calls for tours. I recommend this place, it’s close to downtown Cusco and it’s in a very nice area. ”
