”I arrived after midnight for a late check in and when I got up to my room the AC wasn't working. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do and could not issue a refund. He also stated there was no emergency maintenance and no replacement rooms he could give me and they were fully booked on a Tuesday. He took down my number and said he'd have a manager call me. I ended up having to go to another hotel but I have not been contacted or refunded for a place I did not stay.”

”Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start.”

”We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.”

”The property was clean and clearly well maintained, and I didn’t encounter any significant problems during my stay. While most services functioned properly, the shower temperature control was somewhat inconsistent, with minimal adjustment range between cold and hot.”

”Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. I refused to leave, it was 3 am. After waiting for an 1 hour I was told they had a room . The room was filthy, visible dust and dirt in the floor. Very uncomfortable. My week didn’t as expected as I tried to find activity after work until I sleepy enough to withstand the room. There was no refresh or towels or...

”Inexpensive but tolerable.”

”Room was dirty and in poor repair. Floor was sticky. Smelled Smokey. Fire alarm was removed and wires exposed. Moldy shower. Long Hairs on floor… ewww Do yourself a favor and never stay here.”

”Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there.”

”Convenient, economical given CWS coming to town. Clean, courteous. Friendly staff. Variety for breakfast.”

”No hot water had to switch rooms floor was disgusting weight room was a crisp 85 degrees so dont go in there unless your looking to dehydrate. Breakfast was a joke, parking lot had glass In it. The only positive thing I can say is I've stayed in places with worse beds I slept pretty well”

”It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗”

”The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.”

”The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

”Room temperature was erratic. Bed very uncomfortable. No body soap in shower — completely empty.”

”We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...
