”This resort is beautiful. The grounds are magnificent and the beach is paradise. Clear water and white sand. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a superior room which is standard. It was a little small but we didn’t care. The concierge was very helpful in securing a car for us at hotel. ”For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible. ”
