”The location is fantastic. Sure the rooms are small in size but it's a historic building and they make up for it in charm and comfort. The bed is so incredibly comfortable. Alicia was at the front desk and assisted with our check in. She was friendly, engaging and helpful in showing us all the great features of the hotel and offered suggestions for things to enjoy around town. I will definitely be staying here again.”

”This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!”

”Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck.”

”Classic but Nice Place! I noticed renovation happening which is fine. I used the gym (I think more equipment can help) and I ate at the complementary breakfast (there was no eggs .. may be i was late, not a problem there was more food available) after that their front out door area is peaceful and beautiful! I being on cape cod 3 times this year so far and this hotel was the best one. Yes I will come back to this hotel!”
