”unfortunately, a disappointing stay due to uncleanliness issues of the bath and bedrooms (soiled bed covers, shabby, torn and dirty bath rugs). Amenity issues: private upstairs theater had no air conditioning rendering it uninhabitable, advertised games lacked instructions for use or were completely missing from sight ( ping pong table, corn toss boards). No basic kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil). A disheartening stay. We didn’t mind the lust if checkout chores but did...

”The description of the suite should include that your rental is separated from another suite by a set of French doors with a gap underneath. The house was clean, the outdoor area was good. The communication was not as streamlined as I’d like because I had to download another app to obtain the check-in information. And unfortunately, this was not clearly communicated.”
