”Very clean nice hotel. Comfortable. Staff very friendly. The only negative comment I would give is the I 20 interstate on the back side of the hotel is very loud. I urge you to ask for a room facing the front of the hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay if they refused to accommodate my request. ”

”Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

”The front reception and staff was phenomenal and the staff was ver accommodating, professional, and did their best to make our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the room had several insects and the bathtub had a ring around it or as they would say it lost the finish that would allow the dirt not to stick to the tub. We ended up leaving and went to a new hotel. I didnt ask for a refund i just know better next time.”
