Middleton Park is located right across the street from this home and offers a wide variety of activities for people of all ages. The younger travelers in your group will love the pirate ship-themed playground and cooling off at the splash pad water park in the warmer months! There are even numerous sports courts to take advantage of, including pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. This complex is also home to dozens of local events throughout the year — from festivals and concerts to farmers' markets and sporting events. If you haven't guessed already, this is the place for outdoor recreation on the island and is only steps from Parkside Paradise's front door!

Additional Details
A pet fee is applied for those traveling with a pet and is included in your total rental rate. $175 for the first pet and $50 for an additional pet. Maximum number of pets allowed is 2.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
