Enjoy the best of both worlds at "All About The Views!" Situated on the Davis Canal, this home provides views of the beautiful marshland from the back porch and views of the ocean down the street from the front porch.

Make the short two block trip over to the public beach access for a fun day in the sun or enjoy the herons flying over the beautiful marsh.

As you enter the property into the living area you will find plenty of seating situated around a flat screen TV and electric fireplace. The living room flows into the dining area which provides seating for eight. The kitchen sits right off the dining area and provides a place to cook up a delicious meal while overlooking kayakers as the paddle by in the Davis Canal.

On the main living floor the first bedroom hosts a queen bed and a twin bunk bed perfect for the little ones. A few feet down the hallway you will find the bathroom that flows into the king bedroom. This room provides closet space and views of the ocean while laying in the cozy bed.

Upstairs offers the third bedroom and a final bathroom. This room is equipped with a queen bed and views of the ocean as well through the windows.

After a long day on the beach, stroll over the 29th street walkway that winds its way across the Davis Canal and to the Oak Island Recreation Center.
