The beach access points are generally for local residents as it doesn’t provide public parking, only golf carts, bikes and/or walking. This is a huge plus if you’re looking for a less crowded beach experience, unlike other locations along the Oak Island coastline.

This prime location offers seaside serenity where you can relax on the balcony, listen to the waves crashing along the shoreline and enjoy peekaboo ocean views. While surrounded by nature, don’t be surprised if you see a group of deer passing through. You’re close to all that Oak Island has to offer, including local restaurants, shops, and attractions. This vacation rental is about 15 minutes from the historic port community of Southport. If you’re able, the condo is within walking distance to the popular Duffer’s Bar and Grill at the Oak Island Golf Club, the Oak Island historic lighthouse or stroll down to the Oak Island Pier. You might even enjoy a round of golf while you’re here too!

This home features a sleek updated kitchen with quartz countertops and shaker cabinets that received major renovations during the winter of 2022 to include luxury vinyl flooring and interior paint throughout, tankless water heater, sliding glass doors, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, ceiling light fans, modern bathroom vanities and mirrors and coastal-inspired furnishings.

A welcoming entry greets you with access to two bedrooms, a full bathroom and the laundry room before you walk into the main living area. All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs with built-in Roku. Or you can stream with your own apps such as Disney, ESPN, Spectrum, etc.to watch your favorite shows throughout the space. The comfortable master suite with a king size bed located off the living area that provides a desk, ample closet space, an en suite bathroom and private access to the balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The open kitchen is well supplied to prepare your own meals, spacious living room and dining area with a high chair and a nice setting to play games at the table with unobstructed views of the surrounding maritime forest that provides the perfect space to spend time with family and friends after a long day of fun in the sun or exploration of Oak Island and/or Southport. There’s an attached carport and one additional parking space just steps away for your vehicles. The property has with a 110v power outlet that will allow charging for most electric vehicles with your own power cable.

This condo has an outdoor shower downstairs on the ocean side, with hot and cold water, (winterized during the off season) and a faucet and hose in the carport area for you to wash off any sand before you enter the condo. This secluded community offers two seasonal pools, beach access and plenty of scenic pathways for you to enjoy throughout your stay! The pools at Caswell Dunes pool are open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day but may keep the pools open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner’s association's recommendation.
