The Space:
This home is a stunning, third-floor condo with three bedrooms and two baths on Caswell Beach at Oak Island. Sorry no elevator. The space has recently been upgraded (2020) with granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, LVP flooring, new cabinets, and bedding. It features a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and separate laundry room with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds each with a twin mattress on top and full mattress on the bottom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's. The living room features spectacular views of the ocean, a TV with cable, DVD player, and Netflix. For those who may need to bring the office with you on vacation, we have a convenient folding desk and chair to utilize. High speed internet WIFI is included. To make your stay as stress-free and easy as possible we have included most condiments you would need including coffee and tea.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, kids beach toys, and a beach cart are all provided for your use. For extra enjoyment we have a selection of movies, books, and games available. We are very kid friendly and have a large collection of toys, coloring books and crayons, and items to baby proof for those tiny ones. There is a pack and play available for infants and toddlers as well.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
