🌺 About The Orchards Community



All nine homes in The Orchards share access to a planned fruit orchard with year-round harvest opportunities for guests. The community is just moments from grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and island entertainment—yet tucked in a peaceful residential enclave near the beach.



📌 Important Notes



- Pool heat is optional and $100/day (advance notice required)



- Must be 25+ to book; primary guest must stay for the full reservation



- No smoking, events, or parties



- Starter essentials provided (TP, paper towels, soaps, trash bags)



- Bring: shampoo, sunscreen, condiments, extra paper goods



Exterior security cameras present for guest safety



Pool Heating Information



Pool heating is available for $100 per night.



The maximum pool temperature is 86°F. Please note that pool heaters are affected by outdoor temperatures. If outside temperatures drop below 55°F, we are unable to activate the heater due to the risk of damage to the equipment and plumbing.



Pool heating is not available from mid-November through March.



If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival, as it typically takes approximately 12 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
