    Nestled in the charming coastal town of Oak Island, this newly constructed three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is the perfect retreat! As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious open concept layout with custom finishes that exude elegance, including crown molding, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a tray ceiling in the primary bedroom. The modern gray kitchen cabinets, Curava countertops, and Samsung appliance package add a touch of luxury to the home.

    Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the covered porch overlooking the private fenced backyard, or take a short stroll to the beach located just minutes away. Whether you choose to relax indoors or soak up the sun outdoors, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your Oak Island getaway.

    Golf cart rental is available for $50 per day or $300 per week. Golf cart is registered for Oak Island resident beach parking.

    Equipped with amenities such as queen beds, adult bikes, a Pack-N-Play, and central AC, this house ensures a comfortable stay for guests of all ages. Perfect beach getaway

The home was perfect for our stay- spacious, clean and loved the fenced in yard for our pups! The home had ample beach amenities and the golf cart was a great addition, even at the added cost.

Quick trip

The house was very clean and well supplied. The location was great and was very quiet. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. She enjoyed playing outside. We would definitely stay again.

Summer at the beach

We had a great stay at Salty Escape! The house was spacious and looked just like the pictures (new and clean). The location was great and we could walk with our three kids to the playground and splash pad as well as the beach. (Stores and restaurants also within walking distance). The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and dishes so it was easy to cook meals at home and it was nice not to have to do the dishes after each meal (we were 5 people). We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again if on Oak Island.

Fantastic property

Fantastic property on a quiet street in a really good area. We had trouble with the thermostat the first night, but the rental agency was very helpful and support was great. Would absolutely stay here again-our teens, my husband, and myself absolutely loved the place! Yard and back porch are fantastic!!! Games, wagon, and bikes in garage are such enjoyable, fantastic touches!!

Beautiful Beach Home

We had a wonderful time at Salty Escape. The home is new and very close to the beach. Every morning we could walk to the beach or ride the bikes in the garage. The listing is deceptive in the presentation of the amenities. The golf cart is an additional cost, and we weee not notified of this until our arrival. It would have been nice know about the additional cost upon booking or before our arrival. Other than that, the home was beautiful and one of the best rentals we’ve had through Vacasa.
