The ocean side ensuite bathroom has a step-in tile shower, while the street side ensuite bathroom has a standard tub/shower combo with a sliding glass door. The final bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-double bunk bed, twin loft bed and a twin sleeper sofa.

Outside, the covered front porch is furnished with plenty of seating for relaxing or dining. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes cleaning up after you hit the beach a breeze, and provided beach chairs and an umbrella help you save space when packing. Best of all, beach access is quick and easy via the 26th Place East foot access path.
