On the top floor, you're welcomed into an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, exquisite wainscoting, and an airy atmosphere with an abundance of windows that let the natural light shine in! This space was strategically crafted with your comfort in mind, with plush leather seating, a large flatscreen TV, and coastal-inspired artwork. The kitchen is exceptional — custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, intricate tile backsplash... all set up to make preparing your favorite meals an absolute joy! There's even seating at the kitchen peninsula for a quick breakfast at the bar or to grab snacks. The sunrises and sunsets never looked so good from the living room and upper balcony, where you can even catch a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean while watching the egrets land on the canal! This top-floor balcony boasts additional seating with rocking chairs and a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying morning coffee or al fresco dining. The first bedroom that's fit for royalty completes the floor and boasts a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the balcony. An adjacent full bathroom with a shower allows for added convenience.

Heading downstairs, you'll find the spacious primary suite featuring a king-size bed, sitting area, flatscreen tv, direct access to the lower balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. This ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity, ample storage space, and a massive tiled shower. Last but not least, the third bedroom is also located on this floor and offers a luxurious half-poster queen-sized bed along with a flatscreen TV. This bedroom is conveniently situated right down the hallway from a full-size bathroom with an extended vanity and tub/shower combination. Plus, there's extra sleeping space thanks to a queen pullout sofa in the living room.

Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

WHAT S INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
