Amazing location! Families with littles, a few things to think through
The place was the perfect location with literal steps to the beach. The layout of the condo itself was also great. Easy to get to, easy to find, and can't ask for more!We traveled with 4 kids (ages 10, 6, 4 and 1) and here are not negative things, but for sure things to think about if booking with littles.- There is no elevator and the first floor is still 2 flights of stairs up. If you have anyone in your group with mobility issues, that might be something to think about.- We had sound machines luckily, and maybe we were unlucky with 2 sets of loud upstairs neighbors, but it sounds like they were tap dancing with concrete blocks attached to their feet. Seriously, it's SO loud. - There are no blackout or even room darkening curtains in any space. It was super tough with one of our boys being special needs and the other a baby because as soon as the sun was up, they were both up, which was typically anywhere from 1-2 hours before their normal wake times at home. Again, if you're someone who sleeps with eye masks and/or ear plugs, this may not affect you at all!- The place was SO clean (seriously, we were so impressed!) but because the owners occasionally bring their own dog, we definitely ended up with dog hair on our clothes/items. WIth a baby who crawls, he ended up with a lot more on him than any of us, but it was definitely noticeable.Nothing would ever make us not stay here again, but with littles just a few things you may need to pack to make your lives easy!
