”Great location for 2-6 people (3 bedrooms/2bath) and dogs with easy access to the beach, grocery stores, and shops. Fantastic deck to greet the morning sun and relax and look at the stars at night. Host included linens and towels which was a big plus. So grateful to find an affordable house that is walking distance to the beach that allows pets. ”

”This is our third stay at the Sea Pearl and it won’t be our last. You can always count on it to be clean and have everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, but I think my favorite feature is all the hooks and towel bars! You can tell that Stephanie put a lot of thought into all aspects to make it comfortable for her guests. ”

”We love the condo, it’s in great location and has everything you need to be comfortable with a family of four, and our tiny dog.The place is clean, kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to make meals. Beds are comfortable. The whole place is well taken care of.Communication with Bob is excellent. Bob is super helpful with all the information you need to know before you make the trip. Our trip got cut short because of Chantal tropical storm. We look forward to visiting again...

”The location of this beach house is perfect. Steps to the beach without having to deal with parking, close to boardwalk and restaurants and close to life guard station for extra eyes on family. Our beachfront was never crowded. The house was very clean and all as advertised- you only need to bring your own beach towels. The owners communicated very quickly. A very nice time for family. We will absolutely return.”

”This rental property on Carolina Beach could not have been more perfect. The view is breath taking from the time that you enter. The accommodations are spacious. The location is perfect for families as the beach is at your door step. The condo has everything that you need while visiting so you are able to pack light if you are traveling from a distance. This was our first visit to Carolina Beach and I would highly recommend this location as compared to some of the bigger name beaches such as...
