”Air conditioning was fine with no unpleasant odor. We did not take advantage of the pool.”

”Staff at reception wasn't as welcoming as almost everywhere else, not rude but got the vibe of "what are you doing in here". Also gave us the room from the furthest corner of the building, felt like there was something personal although wouldn't know why. But otherwise everything was ok, nice and clean room but a bit outdated. Pool was nice.”

It rained for about 2 hours, and in the restaurant/cafeteria the water was leaking and running all over the floor without any warning or safety signs, which was very dangerous for guests. ”Our room was gross. The facility smelled and the pool was closed even after I called ahead of time to ask if it would be open and they said yes. Almost fell down the stairs because of the loose boards. Breakfast was nasty be used the pancake machine looked moldy. All that $150 a night was crazy”

”I was told not to stay here, but took a chance anyways. My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to play at the Winstar casino and decided to stay in Gainesville because it was cheaper. The room was cleaner than I expected, minus a few bugs around the room. There were small bugs that appeared on the floor as the nights went, and upon walking in the bathroom one night, there was a giant cockroach. It wasn’t too big of a deal. I don’t know that I would stay here again, but it worked on a tight...

”Their staff tried to charge us twice for the room and were extremely rude. The air conditioner worked and there was a bed but other than that it was clear no upkeep was being done on the grounds or rooms. The TV had three remotes but not a channel worked. The door was hard to open and close. The shower leaked and looked really old and it needed maintenance. We slept through the night and checked out ASAP. I will be checking for our deposit back because I don't trust them.”
