”The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.”

”Everything was perfect from the first communication to the surprise piece of apple pie upon arrival. The room was cozy, comfortable and had every amenity, even bowls for my pet and a play-ball. It was truly a joy to stay at the Carriage House.”

”AC worked well, room temp was always comfortable. Property seemed clean, but there was a lingering pervasive odor.. the bathroom was a handicapped setup. And there was no lip on the shower floor, so when we showered the floor flooded. Exterior signage was somewhat concealed, which made finding the property somewhat challenging. The property was a bit dated..some flaking paint, chipped paint scratched furniture. Free breakfast was fabulous! And hotel staff was kind and welcoming.”

”The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. The bath towels were thin and small and basically Walmart quality. The listing on Expedia was very misleading. After this experience we’re only booking with IHG or Choice directly and...
