”This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly! Free breakfast was great too. There were a lot of options. Parking was $20. it felt safe and the parking lot was well lit. I would stay here again!”

”Our key repeatedly did not work. We were at the furthest unit on the 1st floor. I have a handicap husband who had to walk excessively and then we had no access. I moved car to back of building to unload, i am 78. Asked for help, had non. Again key did not work for outside back entry. When they used it, it worked! I had to pound on door for help as suitcases were lugged out. (did not want to walk 3 blocks around building to front, leaving luggage unprotected, If you are young, this place...

”Giving it a good rating more because of how helpful the staff member was. Weeks prior to my check in I had called and made request and when I checked in the same person I spoke to remembered our conversation weeks before and said everything was as discussed. He was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. The property was well kept and no issues with the rooms. Free parking and secluded which helps due to the surrounding area. Ive heard of the city reputation but my experience...

”Limited hours for rooftop, room okay, great location”

”Very nice”

”Big room, great bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Easy to park and move around, close to freeway. Neighborhood felt safe. The only downside was shower water, which was cold, but I'm not sure if the problem was only in our room since we never mentioned it to front desk. Overall great for the price. ”

”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...

”Beautiful place, rooms are clean and spacious.”

”Erittäin meluisa huone johon kuului läheisen moottoritien melu läpiyön”
