”We stopped for one night on our way from Chicago to Toronto. Quick check-in and nice spacious room. Easy to arrive and leave the hotel. Free parking.”

”Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen.”

”The staircase going up stairs had some kind of odor and the walls in the room had stuff all over it and the bathroom sink and shower looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned. I forgot something in the room when I checked out and asked if I can get a key or something to go back in and the fro desk told me there was staff on the floor to ask them I did ask them and explained to them what happened and what the guy at the desk said and they ignored me and went back to work so I called the other person...

”Breakfast was alright it was a busy weekend and breakfast was busy and the sweet desk girl had to go between desk and making more breakfast but over all a good stay”

”Security: Fire alarms went off a couple of times, no communication from management. Overall: clean, comfortable, courtious, convenient for our meetings.”

”Great staff clean rooms that were spacious as well. We had 2 closets and everything to cook with right in the room! Great stay with the kids!”

”The rooms were very large and the suite included a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker along with cutlery. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The pool was not operational when we were there which was a bummer. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. ”

”All around positive experience. I especially enjoyed the Heritage guitars on display.”

”The room was clean however not in the best condition. The headboard on the bed was peeling leaving black flakes all over the bed and the foot stool was peeling as well. We were there for a wrestling tournament but a lot of the kids were running wild throughout the halls and up and down the elevators and breakfast was ok. Cereal/oatmeal/eggs/waffles/ muffin/scone/bagel/yogurt. I was disappointed that they ran out of milk. And no microwave in the room. All of the ice machines on all three floors...

”Nice gym, small pool, no hot tub, felt safe around the property.”

”The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel.”
