A lovely getaway

We had a wonderful time! This area is great and so close to a beautiful beach as well! Everyone was incredibly friendly! We also got to meet the hosts and they were wonderful! We will definitely stay again!

My out of town family loved this home! The water view was lovely, nice outdoor space too and great central location for walking, beach and shopping. Bedrooms were roomy, huge kitchen and well stocked with all the basics. Highly recommend!

I am so happy that I reserved this place for my family vacation. The place was very clean and comfy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My daughter would wake up in the morning and go for a walk on the trail enjoying the bird sanctuary. We enjoyed the city with its many shops and restaurants. We kept the place tidy and clean and made sure everything is kept the same when we arrived. I would definitely rent this place again in the future. It has a special charm!

5 stars for an amazing stay!!

Property was just as listed, very clean and all the amenities you would need for an enjoyable stay. Bed was very comfortable, linens very clean, kitchen had all the things you would need for preparing meals and such. Property is located in a great place, good neighborhood and near many “hot spots” or short commute! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in San Francisco. Definitely a 5 star stay!!

Perfect vacation home

The house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our family of 4. Spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Perfect location to the beach. Just be aware of low tide in the morning, beach is perfect late afternoon. Great distance from shopping center and restaurants. The host was quick to get back with any questions we had throughout our stay. All the amenities needed, including washer and dryer. Wonderful view so happy with our time there. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, Convenient and wonderful property

Immaculately clean, updated and comfortable property. Plenty of room and well stocked. It was nice to have a garage. Very convenient to Alameda restaurants and features, as well as Oakland, and San Francisco. Nearby shopping center mix eating out and grocery shopping easy. The views from the sunroom truly are amazing – especially in November with the shorebird migration in full swing. We enjoyed our time there thoroughly.

Relaxing waterfront prime property

This property is located on the bay front of Alameda, a prime location nestled between the waterfront and bird sanctuary on Lake side and just down the street is a shopping center with restaurants and grocery stores. This house is a well maintained and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. We loved our stay, although this was a official trip to drop our kid off at UC Berkeley, it turned into a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. We are surely coming back!

Fabulous Alameda Rental

This place is fabulous. First of all, it was spotless! New appliances and furniture. The location is also great. For those who don't know Alameda - it's totally walkable and this rental is in a great location to do that. The sunroom looking south toward Bay Farm Island and the southern part of the SF Bay is spectacular. You'll never want to leave that room! If we're ever in the area again, we'll return to this rental for sure.

Great Experience

Our inaugural visit to the enchanting city of San Francisco was a huge success beginning with our beautiful lodging. The house was a piece of heaven. The location was charming, convenient and cozy. We settled in beautifully and absorbed the many adventures that the city offered. The only missing element was a TV in the second bedroom; which I remedied by use of my trusty iPad:). The host was kind, efficient and thoughtful and we will include this property in our future visits to the city.

Great stay

The house was great the only issue we had the host worked on immediately. The garage was so nice for the rental car. One of the neighbors played music pretty loudly in the evenings but it was gone before bedtime.

Wonderful & Clean Waterfront Home

This was my second time visiting the very nice home in Alameda. My memory of the sunroom was just as nice as my prior visit. I was delighted with the updated furniture in the sunroom which was very comfortable and a nice way to enjoy the waterfront view. The house is as spotless as can be and any information I needed during my stay was in a binder easily identified (street cleaning schedule, internet, local restaurants and sites, etc). It is a nice neighbourhood with only one small complaint was the noise from one neighbour with loud music all day on a Sunday. I am sure there is nothing to be done from the owners side, it was just a small little blip in an otherwise perfect stay. Communication, cleanliness, comfort all were 100% perfect. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Great waterfront views, and quiet city feel.

This property was a great stay-cation for us to spend some time with family who came to town and for us to get a larger place to be able to be together. The home was quiet, with some minor noise from the planes at Oakland Airport. It was a clean and well stocked home for most needs. My parents really appreciated the single story home and just 2 steps to get in and no step walk-in shower. The beds were comfortable. Cooking a meal was super easy with the great stove/oven. The birds and scenery was great to watch from inside as well as just a short walk to the beach. Great views of the fog rolling in over San Francisco. Highly recommend this home. Lu was great to work with and timely responses to emails.

Alameda Stay

This is a very will equipped, clean house with a great water view. For us the location was perfect, a quick drive from the Oakland Airport and a very short drive into Oakland. We went into SF twice and both times took the ferry from Alameda to the SF Ferry Terminal. The ferry is a great way to get to SF without the hassle of driving the Bay Bridge and finding parking. The only minor issue with the house is the wi-fi isn't all that great. The router should be moved from the garage into the house. We would definitly rent this house again.

Great house with lovely waterfront views!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this great home in Alameda. The space is large and perfect for our needs visiting family and friends. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The garage was as clean as the house and it was great to be able to park our rental inside the garage. The location is superb and enjoyed the walks on the beach right on our doorstep! The sunroom is an absolute delight and we found ourselves in that area most of the time we were inside! It really does make this home a standout property. Check in was easy and couldn't have been simpler. Communication was 100% and I truly appreciated the flexibility in late check out. If the owners will have me, I will book again to meet up with my family in the area. Absolute treasure of a home. Thank you!

We were delighted when we enter the property to find the the advertised description and photos were exactly right. We found the home to be beautiful, relaxing, and inviting. The views, access to the trail (right outside the back door!), and oh so comfortable beds were so appreciated. Plenty of restaurants and shopping so close. Access to all the touristy in the SF Bay area kept us busy. When our legs just couldn't take another day of walking, the Alameda Theatre (just a mile away) provided the perfect day off with their recliner seating. I would recommend this rental to any and all!

Absolutely the best place I have stayed.

It was an amazing adventure. Lu was super accommodating. The property was more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, watched sunset every night, walked to shopping center, I have only good things to say and will definately return. Thank you Lu for an amazing experience.
