Enjoy breath-taking views of San Francisco and the bay from a fully remodeled, casually luxurious hilltop home. A peaceful retreat in the heart of the Bay Area just minutes from great restaurants, live music and endless park trails. Lounge by the firepit or the fireplace, whip up something in the gourmet kitchen or outdoor grill, or try your hand at pickle ball.

The home has been fully remodeled indoors and out with a modern flare and attention to every little detail so that your stay is nothing short of amazing. ALL of the furniture and linens are brand new and curated with a designer's eye. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are super cozy. Not to mention the outdoor space and views are just simply to die for. The home is surrounded by East Bay Regional Park with miles and miles of trails right out the front door. More details below...

GOURMET KITCHEN
Brand new and darn pretty, the fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, MADE IN cookware and Henckels knives. Spices, oils, coffee and filtered water are aplenty. There's beautiful plateware, glassware and silverware for up to 12 guests. There's also simple yet elegant options for overflow guests. Plenty of wine glasses (large/small/stemless) and champagne flutes as well. The new Blaze grill is the perfect extension of the kitchen and is hooked up to the main gas line so it's always ready to fire up.

COZY BEDS
All beds have new Helix and Leesa pillow-top mattresses with a combination of luxurious linen, high thread count cotton and silky sateen bedding (depending on the room you are in...because each is a total vibe). There are four pillows to every bed with varying levels of firmness for all types of sleepers. Duvets and pillows are made of environmentally friendly, low-allergen, super comfy down alternative material that are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified. They feel as fluffy and soft as down but without the allergens and without upsetting the geese. :-)

BATHROOMS
The master has a rainfall shower and BainUltra massage tub with amazing views, while the others have the coolest crocodile tile and Bay Area themed wallpaper and luxurious KASSATEX towels. And every shower is stocked with Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel).

OUTDOORS
Patio dining for 6 with a large lounge area around a firepit with incredible views. Large faux grass yard with pickle ball, badminton and cornhole.

INTERNET
The Internet is fully dedicated AT&T Fiber. Upload and download speeds at the router are around 950 mbps. Performance over Wifi, at the device level, is usually around 400-500 mbps download, and 200-300 mbps upload. This is plenty of capability for streaming video, office use, etc.

TVs
The living room and two king bedroms have new Samsung Frame 4K TVs powered by Roku (so you can login to all your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney, NFL, etc.). Roku is connected to HDM1 on all TVs.

SPEAKERS
There is a SONOS system in the house with speakers you can move all around to suit your needs.

PARKING
3 spots available in the driveway with plenty of street parking as well.

Everything but a locked office and garage.

SMALL GATHERINGS = 12 Person MAX
The rates listed are for 8 people. Small gatherings up to 12 are okay If you'd like to add more sleepers or host a small gathering during the day/evening, then the rates below would apply. Just reach out in the messages to discuss.

Gathering:
$25 per person beyond the 8 original guests, plus a higher cleaning fee of $250. These are for day/evening guests. Not for sleepovers.

Additional Sleepers:
$25 each (up to two additional sleepers on air mattresses).

NO amplified sound (no sound systems, bands or DJs).
