Horrible property management
We arrived on a short length of our stay in the Bay Area and had difficulty finding the property. No front building photos definitely made it a challenge and parking wasn't very clear.Nonetheless, we made it in and were able to get a hold of the manager. Although a bit forward he seemed pleasant. Suddenly we foundd several things wrong with the property. It didn't have several amenities as listed, the stove was nonworking and the bathroom packed a shower curtain and bath mat. I voiced my concern to the manager and it went unanswered for over an hour. In this time I had called VRBO to express my concern and my inability to reach the property manager. I finally requested a refund as the manager was unresponsive for VRBO as well as myself. Finally I called the manager who became irate and told me that I would not get any money back as it was not his problem. When I demanded that he be more reachable and fix certain issues, he became belligerent and threatened to call the police. I was very upset renting this place as the property is not as it appears in photos, well hidden areas of poor repair and unavailable items such as basic things like a shower curtain.The manager was also unreachable for a lengthy period of time and when told that he was responsible for providing items he waited until VRBO was involved and still didn't offer until we said we were leaving anf were requesting a refund. The lack of customer service alone was enough to turn us off from ever staying wVRBo
