As you walk into the home, you`re greeted to a great room with a brand new sectional recliner sofa that easily seats 10, a giant beanbag, a cozy fireplace and a 75 inch TV.

Walking further in, you have beautiful granite counter tops, a coffee bar with an espresso machine, french press, keurig, coffee grinder, and pour over. Then you`ve got a large glass dining table that easily seats six.

The family can entertain themselves in the great room with an upright four player arcade, a dart board, karaoke machine, and ample board games to entertain the whole family.

On the first floor is a master bedroom with a queen bed and 55 inch TV along with a full bath. Go up stairs and you have one room with 4 twin bunk beds, 55 inch TV, and across the hall another bedroom with a king bed and 65 inch TV. Climb the ladder to the loft and you have 2 twin beds that are perfect for the kids.

Step outback, and there`s a 6 person hottub with a spa around it for people to sit outside, a beautiful custom firepit, propane grill, and seating for 10.

You`ll have access to the whole cabin with 2 parking spaces, Tesla Charger, and street parking for more cars.

Please remember that phone service is very limited up in the mountains. We`ve got high quality WifI that allows you to make wifi-enabled calls, along with a landline for any emergencies.

Please remember that you are in the mountains. If trash is left outside bears may show up… Deer and squirrels are everywhere and cobwebs are unavoidable. We have beautiful trees everywhere, but with those trees come leaves that may be on the cushions.

Also, please remember that power and water can go out in the Mountains along with unexpected snow and rain. The hosts are not responsible for uncontrollable events!

Well water also has a unique taste and smell, so there is a deer park water cooler for everyone to enjoy.
1) As a reminder, no parties or events are allowed.
2) No smoking at all.
3) Respect your neighbors, the noise curfew is from 10 pm - 7 am.
4) No unregistered guests are allowed.
5) Respect check-in and check-out times.
8) Do not rearrange the furniture.
9) Do your dishes and take out the trash.
11) No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
12) If you bring your pet, please bring your own pet food/supplies.
13) Clean up after your pet using poop bags.
14) $150 per pet. Only registered/approved pets are allowed.
15) When using the grill/cooking supplies, clean up after use and take all safety precautions.
16) Take care of the furnishings/decorations. You are responsible for any damages from your security deposit.
