”Front desk was good”

”New hotel with kitchenette's, good breakfast options, pet friendly, helpful staff. I will stay here again.”

”Pool was closed even though it was a week after the posted opening date and over 80 outside. The breakfast was out of butter, bagels and had molded bread. Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel”

”Everything was wonderful. Only thing I missed was the breakfast. I had an early flight. Staff was wonderful bed was comfortable and room was clean. High recommend. And only 20 mins from the airport lol.”

”Looks like they added a $10 charge after we left…thought they thought we stayed after 11AM… but we were out of the room by 10:30AM…”

”The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to”

”My go to property when I’m in the area . Clean lobby, comfortable room, great breakfast included in stay . Staff very friendly”

”The only negative i have is the housekeeping didn't come clean my room or bring any new towels. But i got some from front desk. The lady at the front desk was A1!!!! She is a keeper!!! Everything else was on point”

”My stay wasn’t the best at Best Western Plus and honestly the pictures were a little misleading. The room looked way nicer online than it did in person. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Also, the pillows were super small literally about the size of my hand — and not comfortable at all. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected much better offadvertising”

”We came to town because we had a hospital agenda very early the next day and we live 1 1/2 hours from Memphis. The room was perfect for our visit.”
