”Hienot ja toki melkoisen hintavat aamiaisannokset, jotka tilattiin menusta. Varatessa oli myyty ns. ilmainen aamiainen, jonka arvo hyvitettiin aamiaisen hinnasta. Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla, kävelymatka olympiapuistoon, akvaarioon ja coca-cola worldiin. Marta asemalle käynti melkein hotellin vieressä. Tilava ja toimiva kylpyhuone. Liikenteen melu kuului selvästi huoneeseen.”

”Loved how easy it was to communicate with host and email updates for key access made super easy for understanding. Very clean and loved the non hotel feel, felt like at home. Good walking location for things in the city. Would recommend and use this location again if back in Atlanta! ”

”It was a very nice hotel except the shower gel bottle was empty. Free water would be nice to offer in rooms but i realize not all hotels offer free water. Beds were comfortable though. Good value for the hotel prices around Atlanta. Would come again! ”
”My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clermont! We loved the location - super walkable to all the areas we wanted to go. The various spots within the hotel were great as well (rooftop bar, Tiny Lou's, Clermont Lounge etc.). Would recommend! ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo. The room was clean, fresh and looked to be newly remodeled. The location was perfect for jumping on the Marta. ”I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. "I stayed 5 nights. There was no warm water in the shower any morning. I got one night cash compensation for that as they were not able to fix the warm water.
The room was cleaned once during my 5 night stay.
Afterwards I found that hotel had charged an unmotivated charge of 261 USD om my CC without any authorization.
Now, I have tried to get this sum returned during weeks trough mails to hotel and also trough hotels.com.
Still, I have not received any explanation or receipt for why the hotel has charged my credit card without authorization.
As the next step I will now file a criminal complaint against the hotel for payment fraud."
