âUpon my stay arriving late and driving as far as I did, I had no time to really observe my room get dressed and leave. I actually had to leave right away. I informed them that my AC was not blowing out and I have to take care of it when I get back. Never have a moment to use the bathroom until I came back to the hotel later that night the entire bathroom rink of mildew. I canât stand it. So be tired and having to change rooms at almost midnight was overbearing.. The staff were decent. They did...

âThe room was very large. I asked for a king bed and got two Queen beds. We had to get up at 3 am. There was no hot water at that time. My husband had hot water at 4 am. There should be 24 hour hot water. They had 24 hour shuttle service and the driver helped us with our luggage. The staff was helpful and said they would report the water issue. â

âThere is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasnât been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but Iâm not sure why it still says thereâs a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but itâs fine for the price. â

âNice view of the lagoon from the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate, though I would prefer plain yogurt in individual cups. The air freshener in the room is a bit strong for my taste, but not a problem with some airing. On the whole I had a good experience and would stay there again.â

âWe asked for a room with a roll-in shower but got one with a tub with seat. The soaps were behind the person sitting in the shower. The bed was too low and the toilet was also too low. At least there was a bar next to the toilet to aid in getting up. It was a nice room except for ADA issues that we had.â
