”This motel was okay. There were no extra towels. If I needed a third towel, I was forced to turn in a towel. The toilet did not flush well. There were no complimentary shampoos Toilet paper was limited and I had to go to the lobby office for more. There was no garbage pick up and I had to empty my own garbage in a room at the end of the hall way. On the positive side, the cost was affordable and less than other motels on bay Farm Island, Alameda. The motel was near the Oakland Airport and...

”The room was decent size and clean. I love how they have cucumber and lemon water in the lobby throughout the day. There is a walking trail with a nice view if you need to do some cardio before starting your day. Location is freeway friendly. There's a couple of places walking distance if you get hungry to grab a bite. Staff was helpful.”

”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...

”First time ever, and have stayed at this location several times, I had to pay $7.00 a night to park. Keep in mind this was ON TOP of daily room cost of $293.33. I will think twice about returning. Additionally the room was filthy, carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, dishes left in dishwasher (this was never the experience in past stays). Each day front entrance mopped but... after mopping walked through my sandles made tacking noise as if never cleaned. Very disappointing stay.”
