”I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made.”

”The carpet and floor were sticky. The front desk moved me to another room, but it was still sticky. It had an old file smell on the carpets. I just left. I asked for my money back, but they didn’t give it to me. I left and found another place across town. I couldn't tolerate the smell and the old furniture there.”

”Most rooms smell wet other then that it’s a pretty cool and reasonably priced hotel I’ve stayed here like 4/5 times the worst problem is that you probably will have to keep going to the front desk to reactivate the keycard staff is sweet but as for when you get DoorDash or uber make sure to pay extra attention most drivers will leave your bags in the front and won’t call”

Expedia made the mistake but the owners is this hotel made zero excuses and ensured that we had a room to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel.
