”Originally booked double queen. Found out it was on 2nd floor. Asked for 1st floor due to elderly person with mobility issues. Provided keys to room which was not ready for us to see. We had prior obligation in area that kept us from seeing room until evening when no available rooms left. One queen bed. I slept on dirty ripped up sofa. Main light switch in room did not work and outlet was shooting sparks when plugging stuff in. ”

”We were at the resort right after a snowstorm so we were not able to use most of the amenities, but the cabin was very nice and all the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The one negative was the bed was very squeaky, it had a double bed with a twin bed (bunk setup) on top. I don’t know if the bolts needed tightening or what, but every time we moved (even just moving your hand) it would squeak. The fireplace was nice and kept the cabin warm.
