”The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Our balcony was not clean and had cigarettes butts thrown on the other side of the railing. The air-conditioning unit made a sound like someone was living in the attic. The overall property was very nice and in a nice area by the water.”

The water pressure and shower are incredibly poor You were going to freeze in the shower because it’s barely outputting any water and the bathroom is not sealed from the moon room. I had to hug onto the wall to get clean and spent a lot of time under the water just to make sure every part of me was thoroughly rinsed off with soap. The hotel staff doesn’t lock the soap dispensers on the wall, so they tend to fall off if you bump...

”This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again.”

”Our stay was good and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Though the hotel applied $100 flat pet fees which is very high and should be mentioned somewhere prior to booking. They also don't have parking space, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and charge $55 for valet parking. Overall a little inconvenient given the parking situation.”

”The Riverside location is wonderful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping services could be a tad better as often they did not leave adequate replacement coffee and on one occasion left used cups and glasses in the room. Plumbing services need to be improved as well-I had notified the front desk twice about a very slowly draining bathroom sink. The repair man came and went, but did not fix the issue. Other than these minor things, this was a great stay.”
