”Goo place”

”Room was good (bed very comfortable). Loved seeing the alligators outside! Breakfast options were good. Only complaint was that the pool was not open during our visit. ”

”The air conditioner does not work properly. It is a very old system. The elevator was not working. The ice machine was not working in the 8th floor. I switched hotels after staying a few days. ”

”The one redeemable fact is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in, it seemed like it was going to be nice. Then everything needed or wanted in the room was not available. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee packets or cream, sugar, etc. There was a phone to the front desk, but it had no dial tone and was unusable. There was a TV with a very unusual/complicated system to get "into" it, and there were no directions/instructions as to how to operate it. ...

”Two rooms smelled like cigarettes and garbage, there was hair on the bed, there were dead and live bugs, the chair had blood and body fluids stains, I could not stay and they refused to return my money”

”The manager on duty was extremely rude. She made me want to get a refund and go else where. She had a very nasty disposition. The staff took forever to bring blankets upstairs. I was greeted and welcomed by the lady that checked me in and she was very pleasant and helpful but the others were HORRIBLE. Will never stay there again.”

”Room and Bathroom were clean and fresh. Linen was clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. Parking area was well lit at night and void of holes. ”

”Definitely not IHG standards. The ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor, there are no vending machines, there was a dirty rag in our shower, Shampoo instead of hand soap by the sink, and a broken tv remote. This felt like a cheap motel stay.”

The suite I was in was very clean and fresh. The only thing that slowed me down a little bit was in the evening I enjoy watching T. V but the channels did not match up with the list that was there and even the label markers in the TV screen was not the same. ”BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it.
