”The host are very welcoming! Right away reached out with standard info we would need like passcode for lock box, wifi name & pw, etc. They were prompt with replying to messages. Additional we have a rear wheel drive car * it was are misfortune that there was a snowstorm. I reached out to the host explaining my situation and they allowed us to book an additional night unexpectedly. So prayers we can drive out tomorrow. Overall, it's a charming home and comfortable beds. ”

”This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. It is located next to all the museums in the area. We have a senior dog, and the baby gates throughout the home were a welcomed addition ensuring we didn't have a senior...

”The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, like tissues, makeup remover towels and a coffee bar. In addition, the bed was one of the comfiest beds that we’ve had at a VRBO. I also appreciated that the host was quick to give us our access information.Our only issue was that there was another rental next to us and they were so loud from 10:00-12:30 AM that we couldn’t sleep. I think this was a one-off, though, and does not reflect the quality of the room. ”

”Our original booking was cancelled by the host very last minute so I needed to find a place within 48 hours. The host was very responsive and let me book within 2 hours since VRBO was also covering some over the cost (last minute cancellation). I did contact the host before 7am. The check in process is super easy and the lock was even easier to operate. If you've booked with any other places, you may understand. ”The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...
